Every time I attempt to download an ecg report in iOS I can’t seem to get the actual report after I request it. Any ideas? My partner has an android and has no problems.

Hello @nkds11 and welcome to the Community. These are the steps that I see when downloading an ECG report:
If this doesn't work for you, please give details where it goes wrong. I just downloaded my ECG, which I don't do very often. My RHR is below 50 bpm, so I always get Inconclusive. 😉 I also moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for your issue.
