Charge 6 does not show as Bluetooth Device

After riding my bike in the rain, Charge 6 no longer shows as a Bluetooth device on my iPhone SE 2022.

Tried known remedies such as turning Bluetooth on and off and rebooting iPhone as well as removing previously known device from Bluetooth list.

Also tried to reset device by pressing the USB button three times and holding down charge button for 10 to 15 seconds.

Charge 6 was in charger for over a couple hours so I assume it’s fully charged.

Logo flashes and I was getting intermediate haptic signals.

Have latest iOS 17.5.1 installed.

Hi @TechDudeSF. Welcome to the forums.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 6 and for trying to fix it on your own.

I'm not sure if you are still having these kind of difficulties: if so, I'd suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Charge 5 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Charge 5 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Charge 6.

If you can't get started with your Charge 6, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
