I have a new charge 6 and an iPhone 14. Both have latest updates. I have followed all the instructions including turning both off and on again. All the permissions are turned on. I’ve read every article and followed the instructions. It does not get notifications. Please help.

Welcome to the community forums, @Tania365.
Thanks for the details and all your efforts while troubleshooting your Charge 6. I understand you've tried some steps, but could you confirm if the notifications settings on your phone are also correct? I'm asking this as with iOS device it's necessary to have the Show Previous set to either Always or When Unlock, and the Share System Notifications turned on.
Assuming this is correct, I'd recommend setting up your tracker as a new device:
- Forget Charge 6 from the Bluetooth settings
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
- Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner
- Select your Charge 6, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions
- When prompted, tap pair to connect your tracker and test the notifications
