Can anyone help? I’ve had my Fitbit charge 6 for nearly 3 weeks and it’s been great. But yesterday and today it has stopped recording distance - that’s just walking normally and when I’ve done exercise. Can someone give me some advice to get it back please? I don’t think I’ve made any changes for it to suddenly stop.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
