My Charge 6 was automatically recording activities, like walks, at 5 mins. Then I opened the setting where you can change that (only out of curiosity) and noticed that the minimum number of minutes *should I chose to adjust it* was 15. I didn't want to adjust it from 5 mins so I came out of those settings, only to notice that it now said it would only kick in at 15 mins. Thinking I must have made a mistake -- how could it be that stupid, to allow 5 mins recording out of the box then if you even open the setting make it 15 mins with no possibility to put it back to the 5 min setting it had originally -- I then went into another activity, to see where I must have gone wrong. The same thing happened again and this time it was clear -- this was not my error this is simply what happens if you dare to even look at the settings. How can I change the automatic recording back to the 5 mins setting it had out-of-the-box or have I ruined my Charge 6 thanks to some frankly perverse settings behaviour?
Including a screenshot so you can get an idea of what's happened. The settings in question are reached by tapping on the 'exercise days' tile on the home screen of the iOS app, then the three dots in the top right, then 'activity settings' then 'auto-track activities' and then you end up where I have just taken a screenshot.
Thank you.

@simsimsimsimsim I use an iPhone, too, and see the same thing. As a long time user, I can tell you that this feature originally had a default 15 minute setting and we could shorten it to 10 minutes. I noticed the change to 5 minutes and changed some of my thresholds. Now the minimum is 15 minutes. I have iOS version 4.45
I know that @RiekoC uses Android, so we need to report this issue as a bug. I'm moving this thread to the iOS forum, because it looks like an iOS bug. As users, we can report a bug directly in the Fitbit app. Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.

Hello @simsimsimsimsim
This help page has the instructions on how to set the time for Auto-track (<-- click link).
I'm on Fitbit app version 4.45 and the instructions worked for me.
Please let us know if you're still having problems resetting the minimum time back to 5 minutes.

Hi @simsimsimsimsim , @LZeeW
This does seem to be an issue with the iOS Fitbit app. I just tried changing some of my Auto-recognized times to 5 minutes and they saved in the Android app.
