Charge HR IPhone 6 not setting up app or PC

I have been trying to set up my new HR charge on my Fitbit app and on my PC. Neither one is syncing. I have IPhone 6. I've tried restarting both HR and IPhone. Turning Bluetooth off and on. Can't get it to set up/add to PC either. Any suggestions.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Sykes! I'd start by making sure that there's not other Bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the setup process. I invite you to take a look to this article where you can find some troubleshooting steps to fix this. Although you're not using an Android device, here you can find an article that will show you how to perform a master reset. Once you've done that, you can definitely try the setup process one more time.
