Charge HR Not Syncing

I am currently having great difficulties with my charge HR.  It will not sync with my iPhone 5S at all.  I tried remedying the situation by following the steps online including restarting, and setting it up as a new fitbit and still nothing.  I have even tried syncing with my computer but the connection keeps dropping despite the fitbit sitting right next to the dongle....What the heck is wrong fitbit?!?!!

 

I am extremely unhappy with this, and unfortunately it is past the return/exchange date.  What now fitbit?!?!

Welcome to the Forums @dylanwilliamson!I'd make sure that you have followed these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting  up your tracker as a new device may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual.
