I recieved a replacement Charge HR and now I am trying to set it up, as a replacement, in my IOS app. I get to the screen that says "Replace your fitbit Charge HR" and I touch that, but it never finishes loading. Do I remove the existing Charge HR first? I do not want to lose my data.

Thank you

Welcome to the forums @alisamidad

As long as you were able to sync your original ChargeHR one last time, all that history is on your Fitbit account on the servers.

If you still have that original ChrageHR, get it out of range of the new one while setting up.

After a reboot of my Iphone, and a couple more tries, including an Error #400, the replacement is now paired and seems to be fine and in working order. No loss of data, and the replacement has picked up right where the old one left off.

Thank you for the assistance.
