Charge HR exclamation point

Battery was drained on charge HR. Charged it but while trying to sync, an exclamation point is displayed. How do I resolve this?

It sounds like your tracker might be stuck in a firmware update. If this is the case, I'd recommend the troubleshooting steps mentioned here.
