Charge HR full charge but no power

My charge HR has synced just fine with my iphone 6plus, but as soon as I take the Fitbit off the charger it doesn’t work. I tried uninstalling the app, forgetting the device on my Bluetooth and removing the device from my app. The device itself says full battery, and it says the device has a full battery on my app. It just won’t turn on.
