Hi Amy,
If your Charge HR won't sync to your phone or iPad, it might need to be reset. You can find instructions on how to reset your fitbit here. Good luck!

Hi there @Amygreen, welcome aboard to our Community. It seems you have tried almost everything to address this issue. Although the recommendation from @ashley_h might help you to sync your tracker.
If the issue persists, I recommend to review the following post : Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). It might contain steps that you have tried already, but it will help you with more information and some other suggestions. Although I'm confident with the restart you will be back on track.
Let us know how it goes, see you around.

I'm having the same problem, have a record number of steps and activity the last couple days that hasn't synced. This is very annoying if I have to reset and lose all data. Is there a way to do it without losing your data?

Hello @Sevens11, I would like to take the chance to give you a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! With a restart your tracker should not delete your information. So I'm wondering if you tried my suggestions from the previous post? How it goes so far? Is the issue persisting?
Stay tuned to our Community if you have more questions.
