Charge HR is not setting up.

I am trying to setup a Charge HR with iPhone. As part of the setup, when I hold the button for 3 secs, the timer starts and iPhone is not recognizing the device. Bluetooth is ON. I tried restart the phone. Anyway to disable timer on unit until setup?

If your Charge HR is not able to set up, please restart it, then leave it plugged in and charging and try to set it up again. Additionally, please make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process and that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal.
