Charge HR-my step count when I sync to my iPhone will only go up to 7,691. But I get up to attest 12,500 daily. It'll show up on my Fitbit it's self but when synced it goes down to 7,691.

Let me help you out, if you're also using mobile I track I recommend you checking this great article, could you please provide us with a screenshot where you are seeing the 12,500 steps in order to better assist you.

The first picture is from the night of February 25th and and second is from
a few days later.
