Charge HR not Syncing with new iPhone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got an iPhone 7 and my charge hr isn’t syncing. Tried turning off Bluetooth. Deleting and adding the fit bit app, resetting Fitbit. Tried adding a new divice and the ‘accept’ services agreement button doesnt seem to

work. I also tried creating a new account in fitbit and having the same issue. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

Hello @AS456, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for letting me know the steps you have tried so far in order to resolve your issue. At this moment I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Restart your Charge HR once again, only this time leave it plugged in and charging.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Reset Bluetooth on your phone through the Settings and not through the Control Center.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  5. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.

Then, set up your tracker as a new device. Please try to set it up at least a couple of times:

  1. If you have your old phone around, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

If you got stuck while accepting Terms and Conditions, please make sure Bluetooth is on, if it is, restart it once again, this time through the Control Center.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
