Im a bit upset that in order to sync my Charge HR I know have to have it charging, plus hold down the button until a little message pops up. Every. Time!! I shouldn’t have to do this. Is Fitbit working on a solution to this problem? I got this to track my sleep, or lack there of, and loved it... now I’m thinking I need another device from a different company. 😡

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, since when have you experienced this issue? Have you restarted your Charge HR and your phone already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following:
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
