Charge HR randomly stopped syncing with IPhone 6S

Hi. My Fitbit I purchased in February, had been working fine and randomly stopped syncing via Bluetooth. I've tried going through all the reccomended steps to fix this plus some. I have not been able to fix this issue. I sent Fitbit customer service an e-mail asking for help. Has anybody had any experience with this and if so, how was the issue resolved?

Everything seems to be up to date.  Iphone 6s APP keeps looking for my fitbit.  I have reset with paperclip and I have steps but it keeps looking for my fitbit and battery still looks like its not charged.  It did go dead 2 days ago and I have recharged it (showed it was full), but it still keeps looking on my device app.  So strange.

UNDER ACCOUNT:

Flex area it says last synced on 6/20/16  Version 81 at 1:54 p.m.

When I click on MobileTrack it shows it was synced on 6/23/16 at 10:45 a.m.

Confused.   ?????

Hi, I am having the same problem, my HR stopped syncing at the end of April. I have only had it for 6 months, I have tried restarting but not working. Very disappointing to pay for something that starts to have problems within 6 months.

Hi @Thill21, @JMJ1958, & @taeLPN, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

I would recommend making sure that have updated to the Fitbit iOS App version 2.24 that was released earlier this week. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

If you are already updated, I'd then recommend:

1. Restarting your tracker.

2. Rebooting your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off your Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn it back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Keep me posted if this helps you both out!

I have done all that before that you suggested. I did restarted my iphone
again. App has been updated on 6/20/16.
I am wondering if there is a bug in this update. I hate to start over on
all my information by deleting
app and info and redoing.

Iphone still keeps looking for my fitbit. Strange how under Account it
syncs under MobileTrack but
Flex under it keeps looking when I click sync.

Hi Derrick,

i also bought the charge 2 in February. It worked fine for 2 months after which it started giving dynamic sync issues. I did report it back then to support which provided a solution. It worked for some time then the problem started again. I got fed up and stopped wearing FitBit for 3 months approx. I started using it again yesterday after updating to latest update and fully charging my FitBit. It hasn't saved my yesterday data as I see on the dashboard nor is it syncing to count my steps today!

Its rs not even 6 months since the purchase. I am highly disappointed. Could you suggest something so that I get my money's worth?
