Hi! I received a Charge HR Replacement but it will not pair up to my iPhone. I get to the step where a code is sent to the HR Charge and after I enter it onto my iPhone - - NOTHING happens. I have reset my phone and my CHarge HR. Any tips?

Having reset your tracker and your phone, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and check if "Charge HR" is still paired on it. If it is, tap on it and select "Forget this device". Then restart your phone and try to set up your replacement once again. If it still not connecting, try setting up using a computer following @MarreFitbit helpful instructions.
