Charge HR shows synced on phone but not syncing and incorrect time

After several reboots on the charge HR, app removal on my iPhone 6 and reinstall, my phone app shows Synced today, 5:35AM. This is a good start but when I go to my Silent Alarms page, I noticed that it shows Not Yet Synced. I turn on the All-Day Sync my phone attempts to pair with the HR. It shows Syncing... but the status bar never makes it past the mid way point. Also my clock on the HR is off now by 6 minutes.

I am having the exact same issue. My Charge HR says it is synched, but when I go to the silent alarm (I changed the time of the alarm), it just sits there as spins.

When I check the actual Fitbit, it still shows the old time as the time of the alarm.

What do I need to do to fix this issue?

Hi @Skyline965 & @Hollems,

I'd recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App, version 2.18. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

Also, I'd recommend restarting your tracker, rebooting your iOS device, toggling your iOS device's Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then back on, and then opening the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Hope this helps you guys out!

Version 2.18 updated on my IPhone 6 on January 16th. When I get home, I will try to restart/reboot my fitbit with my laptop. Hopefully, that resolves the issue. Thank you.
