Charge HR syncing problem

I hadn't synced my Charge HR for a few days until today and when I did it said that I only had data for today and not the last 3 days, despite the fact that I've been wearing it none stop. Does anyone know why it didn't sync the data for the last few days? Is it something I can fix? Or do I have to sync it everyday to make sure it stores all the data? Because I didn't think you had to...

Any help is much appreciated!

Hi @LT267, welcome aboard to our Community. In fact your tracker have the ability to store at least 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. Summary data (calories, distance, and steps) will be stored for the trailing 30 days. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data.

 

Now if your battery drains out or you wait longer to sync, your information probably will be lost.
