Hi @LT267, welcome aboard to our Community. In fact your tracker have the ability to store at least 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. Summary data (calories, distance, and steps) will be stored for the trailing 30 days. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data.
Now if your battery drains out or you wait longer to sync, your information probably will be lost.
