Charge HR will not sync

Will not sync with iPhone has been working fine over last 8 months no problems. Tried to reset the HR did not work never saw the version pop up. Will get Fitbit icon to flash and "104" showing display couple times an hour

Charge HR will keep powering off fully charged but on wrist will hit button get blank screen, then flash see Fitbit icon and "102" showing version. Will not sync with iPhone also cannot reset the charge HR following the steps still does not work

Thanks for stopping by! Cat Very HappyMmmm this is weird, I'd like you to make sure your Charge HR is charging as it should by following the steps provided at My tracker's battery isn't charging. After making sure your Charge HR is charging, please read the following article I can't sync my tracker and follow the steps provided there.
