Charge not Syncing to iPhone

I have shut down and restarted the phone, Bluetooth is On and since the last two weeks no matter what I do the iPhone is looking for the Charge to sync up to. I have tried connecting the Charge directly via USB to my laptop to try and sync the Charge but still doesn't. Any suggestions?

Let me help you out, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. Restart your tracker. For more information
  4. Try syncing with a computer instead. If you use the notifications feature, first take a look at this article
