I have an old charge that I'm attempting to connect to my ipad. The FitBit app I downloaded does not have a Charge listed so I selected Charge 3. The app keeps looking for a Charge 3 instead of my Charge. Is there a different FitBit app I should be using?

@BIMyers When I look Set Up a Device list, the Charge is near the bottom of the list, just above the One. Did you scroll all the way to the bottom? In the Charge series, there is a Charge, Charge HR Charge 2, and Charge 3. All different devices.
Also, are you using a compatible iPad?

Hello @BIMyers, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @LZeeW, thanks for all your help.
@BIMyers, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience. Please note that all Fitbit devices appear on the list when you are about to set up a new device. The Charge is currently at the bottom of the list, so maybe that's why you were not able to locate it. Please scroll down when you're on the list to find it.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
