Restarting it is always a good first step. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Here's how:

Thank you. My charge is a replacement because my first ones band was falling apart. This one barely holds a charge for two days. It is frustrating. Is there anything I can do to help it hold a charge longer?

I'm not sure that you can. If the battery is not holding a charge all I can suggest is getting back to customer support.
