For clarification, are you having trouble syncing your tracker or setting up call notifications on your Charge?
If you are having trouble syncing, I would recommend:
1. Restarting your tracker.
2. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
3. Double check that your iOS device has a strong internet connection.
4. Force quit and reopen the App to initiate a sync.
If you are having trouble setting up call notifications, I would recommend these instructions.

thanks for the help. I had tried everything except restarting the tracker.
doing that has fixed the problem.
