After updating both the fit bit app and the new version of iOS on my iPhone, my fit bit charge will not connect via Bluetooth to my phone. It will not complete any of the reset operations because it cannot Find the charge

Hi @DougVT,

For clarification, are you having trouble syncing your tracker or setting up call notifications on your Charge?

If you are having trouble syncing, I would recommend:

1. Restarting your tracker.

2. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

3. Double check that your iOS device has a strong internet connection.

4. Force quit and reopen the App to initiate a sync.

If you are having trouble setting up call notifications, I would recommend these instructions.

Keep me posted if this helps get you back on track!
