Charging One I have plugged it into charger but it does not seem to be charging

You can check whether it's charging by pressing the button. If it is charging then it will show the battery icon and indicate how full it is.

 

If it is not charging then try a different USB power source such as a wall charger you use for your phone. Fitbit also offer a few tips for charging problems in this help file:
