Charging

I've had issues with my flex charging on and off, the last 2 nights I've had it charging and it's still at low, what gives? I've tried it plugged into an outlet and into a laptop.

@sarahliz Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend following the steps on this post about batteries not charging correctly. Also, check how to maximize the battery life on your Fitbit Flex and check these charging best practices! All of that should fix the battery and it should last more. If you happen to see that it is still not working properly; report the problem to customer support for further assistance.
