IOS 12.1.2 and 12.1.3.....syncing stopped, sleep tracking stopped, and oddly the sync button in the app has disappeared as well as the entire sleep option. Very frustrating. Tried powering down, restarting, logging out and back in, etc..... nothing works

can anyone please help solve

thanks

with the latest ios updates, as quite a few ppl are experiencing the same
issue.

If the sync button has gone I wonder if, somehow, the fitbit has become disconnected from your account (which would also explain the syncing issues). Does your fitbit show as a device anywhere in the app?

You could try going into the account section of the app and selecting "set up a device" to go through the connection process again. Note though that will probably lose any unsynced data so I'd understand if you'd rather wait to see if there are any other suggestions.

My Charge 3, Alta HR, and One all started to drop synching with my phone. I have deleted the app and restarted, deleted each item and restarted and it works only momentarily. Just started a few days ago. Irritating!!! Your suggestion didn't work. It recognizes my account. In fact yesterday it update my steps then went back to the last time it synched.

Agree there is something not working with Fitbit and Apple right now. So if more people are having problems then when will we see a fix?

None of my Fitbit devices are synching even after restarting them ALL, deleting and restarting app, rebooting each device. At times it would post the steps then erase them. My devices are showing the steps, stairs, etc. Oh and forget the sleep, it doesn't even record except for when I sit for more than an hour at my desk. Didn't record last night!

The first picture was taken AFTER the second picture. The app wiped out the steps.

@scorky I'm not sure fitbit are working on a fix. Syncing problems just happen from time to time and I'm not aware of there being a specific issue.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

Still not working. After the 2 Fitbit updates yesterday I rebooted my Charge 3 and it worked and updated the previous day. But then when I tried to reboot and update my Alta HR and One none of them are tracking the steps. Now my Charge 3 won't track the steps. Interesting the Alta HR and the Charge 3 track the heart rate but won't track the steps on the device.  I have rebooted my iPhone and all 3 devices, turned Bluetooth on and off. Removed each device from the app and restarted them. The issue is none of them are tracking the steps on the devices.
