Clear text and phone messages on my Versa 3

Hello, when I swipe down to clear my text and phone notifications on my Versa 3 and hit clear all, it doesn’t clear. I have to clear each one individually by swiping. It’s really annoying. I’ve tried everything, since I was able to do so on my Versa 2. I really don’t like this watch or the wristband. I would appreciate any help!

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit Versa 3 to see if that resolves this issue? You won’t lose any data doing so. Look here to see how to properly restart your particular Fitbit Watch: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm I can only image how frustrating it would be deleting them one at a time but I’ve read where restarting has helped others. Hello, thank you for your response. I did try your suggestion and it did
work for clearing the messages at that time. It cleared those; however,
once those were cleared, the new notifications would not clear until unless
it was shut down again. Is there a way to make it clear by pressing the
clear all prompt. When I press clear all, it still does not clear. Thank
you!

Hello, thank you! I tried your suggestion and it did work. All the messages were cleared. However, after that when the messages began to enter again, I couldn't clear them again, and I had to shut down again. I was able to clear them just by pressing clear on my Versa 2, and now I that I bought a Versa 3 I haven't been able to get it to work. Help! I do appreciate your help and time!!

First and foremost I’m happy we were able to get the issue “partially” resolved. But I clearly understand restarting your Fitbit Versa 3 each time you want to clear all of your notifications is simply not doable in the long term. I’d be frustrated as well. Maybe I can help going a different angle. I’ve read that sometimes this can happen with when changing your clock face on your Fitbit watch. Did you happen to change your clock face to something other then the one that originally came with your Fitbit Versa 3? If so try putting your clock face back to the original clock face and see if that solves the issue. (I do realize if that does indeed resolve the issue it still would be disappointing that the clear all option didn’t work with ALL clock faces) But, if changing the clock face does indeed work then maybe this issue could be addressed in a future update.
