Hi,
ive just updated my versa to the latest version and on the home screen on the clock face it’s saying access the settings page in your mobile device and login using your Fitbit account to use this clockface.
i can’t do anything it’s like it’s lovked me out, but I’m still logged in on the Fitbit app.
i can’t find anywhere to enter a password or anything? Has anyone else had this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Have you tried to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? Which clock-face are you currently using? Have you tried changing to a Fitbit Clock-face? Sometimes, it's possible that the problem is related to a third-party clock-face and changing it will resolve the issue.
If after trying these troubleshooting steps you're still experiencing issues, please take a picture of the message you're getting in the watch and reply to us with it so we can check this further.
