A warm welcome to our new friend @Runmel2! Thanks for joining us! Man TongueI'd like to know if you've tried restarting your tracker by following the steps provided at How do I restart my tracker? and then force sync your tracker with your iOS device by following these steps:

1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

You can also manually sync your tracker from your computer using Fitbit Connect. To do so, click on the Fitbit Connect icon located near the day and time and click "Sync Now."

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Cat Wink
