How dare you arbitrarily close support threads. It’s closed when your customers say it’s closed IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS.

Hi @rsleejr  when a thread is closed, it due to a moderator making the decision. When we join, the Terms of Service, which we all agree to abide by, are clearly listed. A moderator may edit, merge, move or delete posts, as well as close a thread. Threads are closed for many reasons and there are several of them across the forums. Most people, upon seeing a closed thread, simply state their problem in a new post. So what's going on, other than it's related to the iOS operating system? You'd get more relevant responses if you explained a bit more.
