hi, 

 

i just wanted to know why my challenge is still marking as ongoing when everyone have completed it?

it's been going on now for 26 days and no one in the challenge knows why. 

can someone help us?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It seems the app is not updating correctly with the information in our servers which is why I would like to suggest the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, in case the challenge does not disappear, please take a screenshot and reply to me with it so I can check this further.

 hi marco, 

 

i did force out of the app and then i logged out and restarted my phone and then logged back into it once my phone has restarted but the challenge is still there.

@cassidywhaalen We are aware at this time of Adventure Races (NYC Marathon is one) not ending for some users. Our engineers are working on a fix. I don't have a timeline currently but will update this thread when I learn more. Thanks for your patience.
