Thank you for the email. I will confirm that my fitbit cannot connect to any device, my Ipad, IPhone or Computer.
It did previously connect nicely and provide me with excellent information about my activity, but now it does not connect at all any where. I will confirm that the power on my fitbit is good because I charge it every evening. I am still wearing my fitbit daily and at night so just disappointed that it decided to stop working.
When I do try to connect to my ipad, it always says: Start Scan. I then do that and it always says Scanning for your wristband. It then always says, Signal is very weak, your wristband could be in another room or is not power on. I apologize because I do not know what is referencing about a wristband. I do not recall using that in the past several years when my fitbit always worked.
Thank you,
Kimberly

Thank you my fitbit works wonderfully for me for my daily exercise. Unfortunately I cannot connect my fitbit to my ipad, iphone or computer. In the past I had it connected all the time but now it will not connect. When I try to connect it to my ipad, it always asks that start a scan. When I start the scan it always says > Scanning for your wristband and it says the signal is very weak. I apologize but I do not know what the wristband is because I was never asked to use it when my fitbit always connected to my ipad. Thank you
