My Fitbit refuses to connect to my computer through Fitbit Connect. I have turned off the bluetooth for my mobile device and the Fitbit is sitting on top of my laptop, the bluetooth function is on and it keeps searching for my Fitbit but won't find it. What do I do?

What operating system is your computer?
If you have Windows 8.1 or older, you'll need a dongle in order to connect.
Let us know, so we may better assist you.
