Control Tiles Displayed on App

I do not want to see the 'Hourly Activity' tile on my app display. Is there a way to re-arrange or remove tiles from display? Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for responding. However, When I look on my IOS screen on phone, it does not say "Edit" in the top right, rather, there is a '+' (and when I tap this, it is to add something like water or miles).
I would have assumed what you suggested would be the way -- but not so.
Any other ideas?
