My Charge3 app dashboard has stopped showing my current heart rate. It now only shows the resting heart rate. Would welcome any suggestions.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @SG23

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. I understand you’re not seeing your active heart rate on the Online Dashboard. I’m wondering if your “Live Data” was disabled somehow. Let’s check. Here’s how:

Tap the word “Dashboard” on the upper right of your screen

once your Dashboard opens tap the gear wheel on the upper right

tap “Charge 3” in the drop down menu

now look for “Live Data” in the list located on the right side of your screen

ensure “Live Data” is enabled

Also let’s make sure your “All Day Sync” is also enabled. Here’s how:

Open your Fitbit App

tap your profile picture on upper left of your screen

Scroll down and tap Charge 3 (located just under “My Family”)

now scroll down and enable “All Day Sync”

Tap “Today” at bottom middle of your screen to return to the main page

😃 Please let me know if this resolves your issue. Keep me posted

Thanks for your suggestion. I don't have a gear wheel at the top right of the screen. I assume the dashboard is the page which shows all the various stats - steps, heart rate, exercise etc?

Hello again @SG23

Maybe the confusion is the term “Dashboard”. I have seen some individuals refer to the main page of the Fitbit App as the Dashboard as well. So to clarify are you talking about the Online Dashboard here in the community we are in currently or are you referring to the Fitbit App as to where your heart rate is not shown?
😃 Keep me posted
