You can't manually set the time on fitbits. Instead they automatically reset whenever they sync to your computer or phone and adjust according to the timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
Is your timezone set ok?
Has your fitbit been setup successfully and is it syncing ok?
