Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mea89.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about customized heart rate zones and your active minutes not being recorded. I am glad to assist you with that.

You can create a custom zone to target a specific heart rate by doing the following:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture > Heart Rate Zones.
  2. Enter your custom zone.

For more information about tracking your heart rate, see How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?

If your active minutes are not being recorded, I recommend restarting your device by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Please also check this help article for more information: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@LiliyaFitbit -

Those are the proper instructions, but as reported in other posts, the max heart rate reverts back to 220 - age. That is what is happening in release 3.25 (which I just installed a few hours ago) and prior to 3.24. In 3.24 it was being reset to zero immediately after entry,

Even establishing a custom max on the web profile setting page, which used to work, resets back to "Default" (220 - age) within a few minutes, at least for me - I just verified that.
