DHL label not accepted

3 separate DHL reps will not accept fitbit return label. The barcode is not recognised and they are asking for a 6 digit code.

Contacted Fitbit help repeatedly. Has been escalated and they want me to find out what the rep system error is and what code they are looking for.  They won't send replacement label. (My husband had same problem. His fitbit contact apologised that he had been sent wrong label and sent a correct label and this was accepted by DHL). Please just send me a correct label. I shouldn't have to investigate why DHL won't accept the label I was sent. I think the label is for a different country, not UK.

I have contacted Customer Support directly about 5 times and been told it has been escalated twice. They have not resolved it. Hence the reason coming here to see if anyone has had a similar problem.
