So when I sync my Fitbit with the app on my phone, the steps are syncing correctly but active minutes and active hours (250+steps) has stayed at zero. Please help I just got my versa after months of waiting to afford one so it’s disappointing that I’m having issues so soon

Thank you for responding! I was going crazy trying to figure it out. Please let me know,if possible, once it’s up and going. I depend on both the watch and the app to record everything and show my doctor my daily results. Thanks again for your help!

I have a slightly different problem. Mine is showing some hours as achieving +250 and other as not. Even though I know I have moved +250 and my device face says i have.
Is this related to same problem?

My versa records the 250 steps per hour but the app does not. I’m not sure what is going on everything syncs but the hourly steps. It’s been like that for a long time I just gave up trying to figure out since I read so many others have the same problem. My husband has a surge and his steps in the app are not recorded as well, so I’m assuming it’s an issue with the software, app or both. As I said everything syncs but the 250 hourly steps. I hope they find a solution.
