My wife and I both have the same version of the app but our dashboards are drastically different. Why is this?

Apparently the dashboard update is independent of the app update.  Two persons may have the same app version but one may have the old tile version and the other person may have the newer dashboard that requires more scrolling.

The new dashboard is an acquired taste, some users never asked for it but is forced on them and hated it.  Some users really want it but have yet receive the update.

Bear in mind once you are updated you cannot go back to the old dashboard, no matter how you hate the new one.  Fitbit must have lost quite a few users because they simply cannot accept the new dashboard.  I can understand why Fitbit does not want to spend the resources to support 2 versions in the long run, but seeing how this alienated many users, Fitbit should have listened and made it right before further pushing the updates to more users.

Personally I am using the old one and have no wish to change seeing how the new dashboard broke various features as reported on different threads.
