The dashboard no longer fits my iPad or IPhone screen. It’s too narrow with black spaces either side and it drops off the bottom of the screen. This has happened just recently - possibly since I updated to ios12. Any ideas how to fix this please? Thanks.

Hi there @Jalinsun. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
Thanks a lot for reporting this! I've not really heard of other users having this same issue, so I'd say that at the moment, this is an isolated case but I'd recommend logging out of the app and logging back in and see if this helps.
If that makes no difference, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Normally we don't really recommend this because this has no effect at resolving problems with the app but in this situation, I think it would be worth giving that a try.
If you're still having problems after this, I'd ask you to please, take a screenshot of how it looks for you and attach it in your next reply.
I'll be looking forward for your reply and if you need more help, I'm always around!
PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS board for categorization purposes.

I can't see the top of my FITBIT app anymore on my cell phone. I just updated to the newest IOS system 12.4. It shows only the data on the bottom of my dashboard and I can't get to the top of the dashboard to see my steps. I have done the shut down and the restart of my cell phone, it took care of the problem.
