Data not getting saved after syncing my Versa.

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I sync my Versa to my IPhone it connects and syncs and says however many steps for that day but if I go on the next day it says I took zeros steps even though I took around 8,000. I talked to customer service twice about this issue and we tried some things such as restarting both my phone and Versa, deleting the Fitbit app, redownloading and etc and it still isn’t resolved. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Hello @rosesxx01, have a warm welcome to the Ftibit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thanks for letting us know you've already contacted our Support Team and for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried already. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to check your online Dashboard and check if the information is showing up here. If it is, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-quit the Fitbit app, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
