Got my ionic in July and it seems to be dead. Tried charging with 3 different cables, and overnight to no avail. Tried 2 button restart, got the logo then nothing. Tried multiple combinations of 2 and 3 button restarts, but nothing. Device not found by my iPhone and the app states a medium battery. What can I do to get a replacement?
Really disappointed since I ran the Air Force Half Marathon this morning without my Fitbit.

I would call Fitbit Customer Service for sure. There number is:

But in spite of that I hope you still did well in the marathon and congratulations on digging deep and pushing yourself to great lengths such as a marathon! Outstanding! 😃
