Deleting Messaged

I continue to have issues deleting messages, both recent and old. This appeared to be a problem in 2015 and I wonder if it is still unresolved.

Please advise either how to resolve or provide an update on resolution. Thanks!

What messages are you trying to delete?

We can't delete the messages on our apps. They automatically scroll down with each new message and are gone by thirty days.

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, currently it's not possble to delete messages from the app, they automatically get deleted after 30 days. However, I was able to find this suggested idea by @Rcsurfer to implement a feature that will allow people to delete previous messages. I would like to encourage you to add your comment and vote for this idea, this is the best way to make your voice heard. 

I hope this information can be useful, keep me posted if you have any other doubts or concerns.

Thanks for your responses. I have messages far older than 30 days that have not dropped off. It appears that this is a known issue. Hopefully Fitbit will resolve this soon.

Hello @CobblersMom, thank you for the update. It seems a bit odd that the messages are not deleting after 30 days. In this case, please try logging out from the Fitbit app, restarting your phone and logging back in. Additionally, check the online Dashboard to see if the messages are appearing here as well or just on the app.
