Difficulty setting up

I can't seem to get through the set up on the fitbit app on my iPhone....it just keeps "searching", and I got the "Not working?" so I'm charging it, I think properly, though I have the fitbit charge 2, the accessories it shows on the app are different from the ones I have.Very confusin and not at all user friendly to bet this started!  UGH

 

Please help!

If the Fitbit app is not finding your tracker when setting up, I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Restart your tracker
  • Restart your phone
  • Turn the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds then turn it back on. 
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process.
  • Make sure your tracker is fully charged and attempt to set it up once again.

Please note that the Charge 2 package includes the tracker, the elastomer band and the charging cable. Please refer to the Charge 2 specs site to check more information about your tracker.
