Disappointed in Fitbit

I've tried everything and still having issues with my Fitbit. I think it's time to call it quits. Very disappointed that I spent this much money on this just a few months ago. I already have a pedometer I got for free.

Contact customer service. They will usually give you a new one; especially if you are having a lot of trouble with the current one. Just explain the problem.

@Lisalisa78, sorry to hear your Fitbit is giving you problems. Would you be able to let us know what problems your having? Did things go bad after an upgrade? What type of tracker do you have? Someone maybe able to give you some good information to help you solve your problem.
