I woke up and Fitbit told me I only slept 2hr4min, which seemed wrong. So I looked and on the home screen that’s what it said. Then when I click the sleep section, it says I slept 6hrs37min which is closer to accurate.

  • ive noticed a couple other times where the information was wrong in one place and correct in another. Calories very often does that as well.

Also, I got a notification on my homepage that said, “you’ve slept less than you normally sleep. Try getting your average 6 hrs 12 mins tonight!” Or something like that.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kiamatt.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and reporting the discrepancy with your sleep time between pages in the iOS app. Thank you for providing screenshots and the additional details. I appreciate the information that this issue often affects your calories as well. I am glad to assist you. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Sync your device and check your stats.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
