Since last update, the app doesn't sync with HR2 properly. It fails to show the correct distance and is always more than the actual distance displayed on the device. Any solution?

Hello @Footslogger, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Are you seeing the incorrect distance on the daily totals or is this affecting a specific type of activity? If so, please let me know which one. It's also possible that the Fitbit app is not updating the information correctly with our servers, in which case I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard. If the distances are showing correctly here, please try the following in the app:
- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
